Ok, now I'm at the point where i think this is an issue that needs to be discussed. Recently Kotaku ran a story that, frankly, sickens me. They have been running stories that don't have anything to do with video games lately, and as expected from any news site, or channel, sometimes you have filler when there's a deadline or nothing important to report. Fine. But deliberately taking things out of context and besmirching the good name of a small game company, who, frankly, I'm very thankful decided to have a U.S. branch again after the bankruptcy years ago, is total BS.

Basically kotaku is making up lies about Snk's customer support and it's blatantly obvious what's going on.
